Before any pupil is taken on roll with us, we offer a 6 week assessment place.  During this time, we investigate the suitability of the pupil to our provision.  This is done through the use of baseline assessments, taster lessons and therapeutic support.   At the end of the assessment place, the decision to enroll the pupil is made alongside the parents, local authority and, most importantly, the pupil. We know that placements will only work if we are all in partnership.
